BIOGRAPHY :
T. Oxford is an award-winning Sydney-based cinematographer, working across narrative and documentary both across Australia and internationally. His collaboration with fellow AFTRS Masters students on the short Withered Blossoms has screened internationally at the Cannes Film Festival (La Cinef 2024), Festival des Antipodes Saint-Tropez Film Festival, and Singapore International Film Festival; and domestically at Melbourne International Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival, and CineFest Oz.
Additional projects include the documentary short Bringing His Spirit Home, which follows a descendant of an Aboriginal WWI soldier who visits his ancestor’s gravesite in France to bring his spirit home to Gomeroi lands; and ABC ArtBites: Studio A, a series of short documentaries profiling neurodiverse artists.
He is currently in the final stages of completing his Masters of Arts (Screen) in Cinematography at the Australian Film Television and Radio School.

STATEMENT :
My life's dream is to win one of those "Free Movies For A Year" competitions at the cinema. Just one year. That's all I'm asking.
But if that isn't on the cards, then I've got the next best thing: I get to make pictures. Big pictures, mini pictures, slanted pictures, saturated pictures, square pictures, gentle pictures. All kinds.
And sometimes those pictures chronicle a product and the people behind it. Sometimes those pictures simply just look cool. And just sometimes, if we're lucky, those pictures can tell a story about compelling people in fascinating circumstances.
I love what I do and it would be my pleasure to share it with you.
